Bowers & Wilkins is going to launch the P5 Mobile Hi-Fi noise-isolating headphones for iPod and iPhone. The P5 claim to offer output as close as possible to the true, unadulterated sound of the original recording. Instead of electronic noise cancellation, the headphones have a closed-back design with rigid metal faceplates and sealed-leather earpads To ensure minimum noise interference.
Bowers & Wilkins P5 Mobile Hi-Fi comes with a gold-plate 3.5mm cable and an Apple approved cable with in-line control and users can swap the cable easily. It’s earpads are crafted from the finest quality New Zealand sheep’s leather. The P5 Mobile Hi-Fi will be released in January 2010.
