You might have seen headlines on this topic today: apparently some Palm users are pre complaining about the lack of virtual keyboard.
Some websites are calling this is “ironic” given the fact that these users might have bought the pre * because * it has a physical keyboard, but yet they still want a physical keyboard. The G1 and the N97 have (or had) similar issues.
Frankly, it’s normal for a quick entry, having a virtual keyboard is convenient. Every touch qwerty + phone should have a virtual keyboard, if possible. Users want the best of both worlds, and that does not sound “ironic” to us.
