In addition to the new DualView cameras, Samsung is adding to its lineup the CL65 camera, another camera that “represents the next step in the evolution of the digital camera.” The CL65 includes built-in GPS for geo-tagging, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi connectivity and is DLNA compatible.
The 12.2-megapixel Samsung CL65 features a 5x optical zoom Schneider-Kreuznach lens, a 3.5-inch touchscreen display and HDMI connector. It offers Dual Optical + Digital image stabilization, the smart gesture UI, Smart Touch Auto Focus, Smart Face Detection, Perfect Portrait System and Photo Style Selector. Thanks to the WiFi connection, the CL65 can email or direct upload pictures taken to photo sharing sites.
CL65 Samsung HD records 720p video at 30fps in H.264 format and you can enjoy HD video on your HDTV or HD display via HDMI connection. CL65 will be available in September for 400 $.
